House Essentials

Thermostat & HVAC System

• There is one zone of the HVAC system for the whole house.
• Use the fans in the bedrooms to adjust the temperature.

Dishware & Cookware

• Handwash: All pots and pans, sheet pans, and wooden utensils.
• All plates, bowls, cups, etc. are dishwasher safe.
• All ceramic mugs and dishware are microwave safe.

Coffee

• We have a Nespresso machine. Please refill the water tank before use.
• Extra pods and a bag for used pods are in the cabinet below the machine.
• To use: lift level > insert pod round side down > press lever > hit brew.

Trash & Recycling

• Recycling = cardboard, tin, glass, paper, #1 & #2 plastic only.
• Everything else = trash.
• If bins are full, place bag in the garage.

Food

• Feel free to use items from the pantry or freezer. If you finish something, please replace it for the next guests.

Laundry

• Turn on the laundry room fan (switch) when using the machines to keep the room cool.
• Empty the lint from the dryer each time before use.
